Who is responsible
Ricardo Mathias Wagner Consultoria (CNPJ 56.955.320/0001-50) is the data controller and is responsible for the oricardowagner.com.br website. For privacy matters, email ricardo@aoficinadamente.com.br.
What information we collect
Only information you provide in the contact form: name, job title, organization, email, WhatsApp, how you heard about Ricardo, inquiry details and optional budget range. We also use minimal technical security data, such as IP address, solely to limit abusive submissions.
Why we use it and the legal basis
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and maintain the business relationship history. The legal bases are consent (Art. 7(I)) and pre-contractual procedures requested by the data subject (Art. 7(V)) under the LGPD.
Who we share it with
Our processors are the website hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud), email delivery service (Resend) and customer relationship management system (HubSpot). We do not sell or provide data to third parties for marketing. Some providers may store data outside Brazil, subject to contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after the last contact, or earlier if you request deletion, unless legally required otherwise.
Your rights
Under Art. 18 of the LGPD, you can confirm whether we process your information, access it, correct it, request anonymization or deletion, withdraw consent and obtain information about sharing. Just email ricardo@aoficinadamente.com.br; we respond within 15 days.
Cookies and measurement
I use Lovable’s aggregate visit analytics to understand pages and traffic sources, without adding advertising or tracking cookies to the site. Campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) may be kept for this tab’s session and sent with your inquiry to identify its source. Do not put personal information in these parameters. Provider measurement is managed by Lovable; I do not claim it is entirely free of identifiers.
Security
Access to inquiries is restricted and the connection is encrypted (HTTPS).
