AI Consulting

THE LICENSES ARE BOUGHT. THE RESULTS HAVEN’T ARRIVED.

AI strategy, adoption and governance led by someone who drove Copilot adoption across every country in the Americas.

COMPANIES THAT HAVE BEEN IN THE ROOM

Does this sound familiar?

If you checked two or more, the problem is not the tool. It is people, culture and decision-making. That is exactly where we come in.

The method

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

Leadership interviews and a review of actual usage (telemetry, where available).

    What you'll get

A map of where AI is working, where it is stuck and why.

  2. 02

    Use cases that matter

Prioritization using the 3R Filter (Repetitive, Recorded, Reversible).

    What you'll get

Three to five use cases, each with an owner and baseline metric.

  3. 03

    14-day pilot

One task, one named owner, one baseline metric and 14 days to prove it.

    What you'll get

    Measured results, not perceptions.

  4. 04

    Scale and governance

Internal champions, usage rituals, clear rules on what is and is not allowed, and a report for the sponsor: progress, blockers and next steps.

    What you'll get

Adoption that continues after the consulting engagement ends.

Case studies

Johnson & Johnson — Brazil Finance

Challenge

Copilot licenses were available, but usage was concentrated in basic tasks.

What we did

An adoption journey with in-person sessions, a dedicated leadership session, champion office hours and status reports for the sponsor.

Result

A usage target agreed with the sponsor, real departmental use cases becoming practice, and a champion network leading adoption.

Multinational insurer — CEO and 45 directors

Challenge

Head office requested a 20% reduction in operating costs through AI, without saying how.

What we did

Pre-interviews with directors and an executive workshop using business-specific cases, starting with manual document reading, identified by everyone.

Result

A leadership team brought to the same level and a prioritized list of areas to tackle.

GP Cargo — international logistics

Challenge

Growth depended on technical leaders never trained to manage people and technology.

What we did

A 12-month journey combining AI (OKRs + Copilot), management rituals and monthly meetings with the partners.

Result

Leadership and AI developing in the same program, with monthly reviews alongside the executive team.
